Our private villa is particularly suitable for children as the pool area is walled and gated. All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning units for those hot summer days and cooler winter nights. All double glazed windows and patio doors have professionally fitted Mosquito screens.

Ground Floor Entrance with w.c/cloaks, split level lounge/dining area with log burner fireplace, additional heaters are provided for our winter guests.

One Twin bedroom and One Double bedroom both enjoying en-suite bathrooms, lighted dressing mirrors, shaver sockets, large fitted wardrobes with drawers. There is a spare TV in the twin bedroom for Playstations etc.

The lounge has a 21" Colour TV, with SKY/Digital connection, DVD, VCR with video library and portable CD/Tape player, comfortable 3 & 2 seater settee's with a nest of three tables for coffee cups etc situated around a log fire.

The dining area is furnished with a large table and 6 chairs and sideboard.

The master bedroom is reached via a marble staircase, it has a Super King size bed with en-suite bathroom with His and Hers Sinks, shaver socket and lighted dressing mirrors.

A large fitted wardrobe with drawers is adjacent to the bathroom and full length dressing mirror which houses the safe for any valuables.

The fully fitted Kitchen has Black quartz marble worktops, with Oven & Hob, extractor, double sink drainer, dishwasher, washing machine, Family size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, lots of cutlery and cups, glasses etc, and a large selection of cooking utensils, sufficient to prepare a dinner party for 6 Adults.

Walk through the sliding doors to a large wrap-around sun terrace with table and chairs benefiting from lovely panoramic countryside and distant sea views overlooking the large south facing secluded terrace with 8 x 4 Metre kidney shaped private pool with underwater lighting and covered terrace for alfresco dining. Near the car parking area there is a built in BBQ with decorative ceramic tiled benches and table for the men to provide the cuisine!

You will enjoy wonderful sunsets, especially from the master bedroom terrace where you can sit around the table with a glass of wine and take in the superb views, when the sun goes down the beautiful decorative outside lighting all around the villa carries on the theme.

This is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing holiday, sit or sunbathe around our lovely clear swimming pool in complete privacy.

The sun shines here almost all of the time and there is nothing better on a hot day than taking a dip in the pool to cool off.
